Declaration of a State of Emergency March 11, 2023

WHEREAS, a disaster, a Winter Storm and Snow Emergency commencing on March 11, 2023 has struck the Town of Iron River in Bayfield County, Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, because of such emergency conditions, the Town of Iron River is unable to meet with promptness; and
THEREFORE, pursuant to sections 323.11 and 323.14 (4) (b) of the Wisconsin Statutes it is necessary and expedient for the health, safety, welfare and good order to proclaim that emergency conditions exist.
IN TESTIMONY WHEROF I have hereunto set my hand and have caused the great seal of the
State of Wisconsin to be affixed.
