These Minutes represent the General subject matter discussed in this Meeting but do not reflect a verbatim documentation of the subjects and conversation that took place.

1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Forsythe, Attending Rich Nemitz, John Rautio , Cassie Fleming, Clerk/Treasurer Helen G Hyde. Pledge of Alliance
2. A motion by Ricch Nemitz, seconded by Cassie Fleming to approve the Agenda, Motion carried.
3. A motion by John Rautio, seconded by Cassie Fleming to start procedure with banks for a loan to purchase a loader from McCoy Equipment with a trade in of the existing loader. This loader will have a 3-month warranty, we pay parts and they will cover labor, pending on financing. Motion carried.
4. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by Cassie Fleming to give Isaac Dull an extension to remove the Mitchall Building , across from the coop, by September 30, 2026. Motion Carried.
5. A motion by Cassie Fleming, seconded by John Rautio to adjourn at 12:00 PM. Motion carried.
