- Meeting called to order by Chairman Richard Forsythe, Supervisors Rich Nemitz, Steve probst John Rautio, Cassie Fleming, Clerk/Treasurer Helen G Hyde. Pledge of Allegiance
- Motion to Approve Agenda by Steve Probst, second by Cassie Fleming , Motion carried.
- A motion by Steve Probst, seconded by Cassie Fleming to accept the City of Ashland Fire & EMS Intercept Agreement. Motion carried. Roll call vote, Rick Forsythe-yes, Rich Nemitz-yes, Steve Probst- yes, John Rautio- yes, Cassie Fleming-yes
- A motion by Steve Probst, seconded by Rich Nemitz to accept the proposal from Tony Williams , Bayfield County Sherriff, to accept the offer of $30,000.00 to purchase the 2021 Dodge Sport Utility. Funds will be put into the Police Department for a future Police car. Sherriff Williams also agreed to let the Town of Iron River use a Police Car if the need be, in case one of the two Police cars breaks down. Motion carried. - A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by John Rautio to create email addresses for supervisors and Town employees> Clerk will reach out to Roger Peck to create those new emails. Motion carried.
- A motion by Rick Forsythe, seconded by Rich Nemitz to give permission to Nate Johnson the coach for youth baseball to start fixing the lower field and eventually putting in a watering system. The Town of Iron River will give $ 1000.00 to help fund the project. Motion carried. Roll call vote- Rick Forsythe- yes, Rich Nemitz- yes, Steve Probst- yes, John Rautio-yes, Cassie Fleming- Yes
- Bayfield County Zoning director sent two questions to the Town of Iron River concerning possible zoning rule changes. The Town Board, along with Josh Rowley discussed the issues. Rick Forsythe, Chairman will write up responses to the County and will be voted on at the September Regular Town Board Meeting. Motion carried.
- A motion by Cassie Fleming, seconded by John Rautio to adjourn at 12:20 A.M. Motion Carried.
