These Minutes represent the General subject matter discussed in this Meeting but do not reflect a verbatim documentation of the subjects and conversation that took place.

1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Forsythe, Attending Rich Nemitz, Steve Probst, John Rautio Pledge of Alliance
2. A motion by John Rautio, seconded by Rich Nemitz to approve the Agenda, Motion carried.
3. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by John Rautio. After a discussion, the vote to approve the comments developed to the County Zoning Department. Rick Forsythe and Steve Probst will develop the response and send comments to Town Board for review and approval by next week. Motion carried
4. A motion by Steve Probst, seconded by Rich Nemitz to adjourn at 3:00 PM. Motion carried.
