1. Meeting called to order by acting Chairman Steve Probst, Supervisors: Cassie Fleming, Rich Nemitz, Clerk/Treasurer Helen G Hyde, Recycling Center- John Sleeman
2. A motion by Cassie Fleming, seconded by Rich Nemitz to approve the Agenda. Motion carried.
3. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by Cassie Fleming to accept all Four (4) individual bids from Northwoods Paving, Riverside Road- $51,868.18, Dump Road- $24,998.41, Fire/EMS Parking lot patch-$7487.10, Alley behind Iron River Foods – $14,934.54. Motion carried.
4. Discussion on a possible purchase for a used dump trailer. John Sleeman explained that the way the metal /tin was being removed has changed . They are looking for ways to deposit the materials. No decisions were made at this time, discussion will continue.
5. A motion by Cassie Fleming, seconded by Rich Nemitz to adjourn the meeting at 10:30 am, Motion carried.
