1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Ciembronowicz, Attending Supervisors Cassie Fleming, Rich
Nemitz, John Sleeman, Clerk/Treasurer Helen G Hyde, Clerk testified the meeting was properly
posted
2. A motion by Cassie Flemimg, seconded by Rich Nemitz to approve the Agenda, Motion carried.
3. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by Cassie Flemimg to enter closed session Sec.19.85 (1)
Discussion on performance evaluation of Town employees. A motion by Cassie Fleming,
seconded by John Sleeman to reconvene Sec 19.85(2) Motion Carried.
4. A motion by John Sleeman, seconded by Rich Nemitz to adjourn at 11:45A.M. Motion carried.
