These Minutes represent the General subject matter discussed in this Meeting but do not reflect a verbatim documentation of the subjects and conversation that took place.

1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Richard Forsythe, Supervisors: John Rautio, Cassie Fleming, Steve Probst, Clerk/Treasurer Helen G Hyde, Highway – Andy Jatzo
2. Motion to Approve Agenda by Steve Probst, second by John Rautio , Motion carried.
3. A motion by John Rautio, seconded by Steve Probst to move in and out of closed session pursuant to Wis. Statute #19.85 (1) (b) to consider the dismissal of a part time Town Employee, with possible return to open session for possible action. Reconvening Sec. 19.85 (1) (b)

A motion by Cassie Fleming, seconded by Steve Probst to come out of closed session. Motion carried.

A motion by Cassie Fleming, Seconded by John Rautio to terminate the part time employee of all Town employment. Motion carried.

4. A motion by Steve Probst, seconded by John Rautio to adjourn the meeting at 1:40 pm, Motion carried.
