9. Discuss/Act on recommended approval for Charity Reglin at 69885 W Long
Lake Road for a camper placement exceeding 4 months on undeveloped parcel
10. Discuss/Act on recommended approval for Jeff and Angela Colby at 10685
Angus Lake Road for shore land grading
11. Discuss/Act on request from Bert Peterson to vacate ally between his two
properties on Staples Avenue and discuss opening up or vacating ally across
from Riverview Court, along his 2 parcels
12. Discuss/Act on request for a special Event permit for Trails North ATV’s to
close Railroad Street from Main Street west to the Ally on September 21, 2024
from 9 Am to 8PM for safety reasons, for the annual fall fundraiser
13. Discuss/Act on The Lions Club requesting Moon Lake Park for the Blue Berry
Festival for 2025
14. 1. Discuss/Act: Request Town Treasurer to move $750.00 from Highway Dept.
Budget item 53315 Highway Major Construction Pave to 53312 Highway Signs to

procure additional signage for town roads that exceed original budgeted funding of
$1000.00
15. 2. Presentation: Claire Sunsten, Bayfield County overview of NWRPC housing
loan availability and eligibility for residents of Iron River and surrounding area.
16. 3. Discuss/Act: Town to promote NWRPC Housing Loan program throughout the
town of Iron River and approve use of Community Center Training Room for
individual appointments with NWRPC Thursday Sept. 19th from 3pm to 8pm.
17. 4. Update: Iron River Dam Repair Project Status
18. 5. Update: Board of Review: Community Center Sept. 18th 10am to Noon
Appointments are required for Board of Review, contact Town Clerk office no
later than Sept. 15th.
19. 6. Discuss/Act: Town of Iron River Fireworks Ordinance amendment for review
and approval.
20. 7. Discuss/Act: Hiring of Clark & Clark Attorneys LLC (Ashland WI) as an
additional Town of Iron River legal counsel for future matters. Contract review by
Town Board with approval
