Hwy. A and Spider Lake Rd (see Map); in conjunction with County Timber sale.
11. Update: Iron River Community Center facility upgrades, usage and financial status

13. Update: Town of Iron River Building Development new inquiries.
14. Update: Welcome to a new Town of Iron River business (Dykstra Construction)
15. Update: Discussion of County Sherriff authorization/LOI to enforce Town Ordinances
16. Discuss/Act on approving the sale of the EMS 2021 Polaris RGR 570 Crew UTV on Wisconsin
used equipment and or other sites. Minimum price of $9000.00 or approved by the Town
Board
17. Discuss/Act on funds from sale of 2021 Polaris RGR 570 Crew UTV to be authorized for use
by Iron River EMS Department to outfit the new UTV Emergency vehicle
18. Discuss/Act Review and approve, amendment to Town of Iron River Ordinance, CH.9, Sec. 9-
26 Open Burning Ordinance
19. Discuss/Act Review and consideration of Bayfield County Board of Supervisors new
Ordinance (07-30-2024) regarding regulation of short term rentals and application fee per

unit and its authority under WI. Statute 66.0615, consider response by Town Board to
Bayfield County Board and County Zoning departments requesting clarifications
20. Discuss/Act on reviewing Bayfield County Amendatory Ordinance 2025-01-Amending
Section 16-3 Well Protection and private water systems, of the Bayfield County Ordinances.
The ordinance includes possible County inspection of private and community well systems
21. Discuss/Act Review Bayfield County Amendatory Ordinance 2024-14-mending Title 11-CH. 1
Adopting Criminal Statutes as County Ordinances
22. Notification. There will be a Primary election February 18, 2025
