1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Forsythe, Attending Rich Nemitz, Steve Probst, John Rautio Pledge of Alliance
2. A motion by Steve Probst, seconded by Rich Nemitz to approve the Agenda, Motion carried.
3. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by John Rautio. After a discussion with the Town Board and Bayfield County Zoning Department employee Emily Macgillivray about the response to the zoning rewrite of the chapters for land division/General Zoning. Steve Probst will summarize the Iron River Boards comments and send comments to Bayfield County Zoning. Motion carried
4. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by John rautio to adjourn at 11:00 AM. Motion carried.
