NOTICE

The WI. Dept of Transportation has notified the Town of Iron River that there are
objects, encumbrances placed in DOT right-of-way at the corner of US 2 and Cty. Hwy.
A next to the Town Christmas Tree. These objects have been placed in WISDOT
ROW without prior notification or permit and are considered potential obstacles to
safety. Notification is hereby given that the individual/individuals who placed these
items in the WISDOT ROW have until Monday April 14 (Close of Business) to remove
them, or they will be removed by the Town of Iron River highway department at the
request of WISDOT. If removed by the town they will be held at the town Recycle
Center for a period of one (1) week to give time for the parties to pick up the items.
