13. Update: Fire Dept. and EMS Dept. Equipment Order status
14. Update: Bayfield County Amendatory Ordinance 2025-01-Amending Section 16-3 Well
Protection and private water systems, of the Bayfield County Ordinances. The ordinance
includes possible County inspection of private and community well systems.
15. Update: Status of County Building Mgmt. letter to Anthony Mitchell regarding the unsafe
building he owns on Main St. (Options to consider)
16. Discuss/Act: Chip Seal Road Repair projects for 2025 and RFP for requesting bids
17. Discuss/Act: 2025 Town Road Aid Project Request proposal due by April 4, 2025
18. Discuss/Act: Request from Rick Ogle, 69525 E. Long Lake Rd. for variance to build a garage
within 28’ of E. Long Lake Rd. Center line.

19. Discuss/Act: Approve Community Center Lighting Upgrade proposal to replace fluorescent
with LED bulbs
20. Discuss/Act: Request from John and Mary Lou Giesregen to deed back to Town of Iron River
property Tax ID 34396 (35 sq.ft).
21. Update: NorthShore Dr plated road vacation status
