3. Roll Call/Quorum of Supervisors
4. Approve the Agenda
5. Approve the Minutes, November 14, 2024 Regular Town Board Meeting and minutes of
Nov. 26, 2024 Town Budget meeting.
6. Review and Approve the Financial Report
7. Heads of Department (Fire, EMS, Police, Library, Highway/Streets/Parks)
8. Citizens Comments (Time limited to 2 minutes per person, 15 minutes in total for all
citizens’ comments )
9. Discuss/Act: Re-appointment of Jeffrey Holte to Evelyn Goldberg Library Board of Trustees
for a 3-year term.
10. Discuss/Act: Re-appointment of Dr. David Saarinen to Evelyn Goldberg Library Board of
Trustees for a 3-year term.
11. Discuss/Act: Amend Town Board of Supervisors resolution approved Nov. 14, 2024
regarding ARPA fund expenditures as follows:
A) Remove funding for ½ cost of Elite Screens Yard Master Pro2 screen ($930.00)
B) Remove funding for ice rink liner $3700
C) Remove funding for batteries $2120.00
12. Discuss/Act: Approve ARPA expenditure of remaining funds for repair of Community Center
doors (Rice Lake Glass & Door Co.) Quote item #1A $8,277.00
13. Discuss/Act: Renewal of Camp Host on-line registration service; alternate is to have all
reservations made by Town Clerk office and Camp host or John Sleeman (daily/overnight
camping). Three reservation options to consider: Camphost online; Camphost + Town
office; Town office and John Sleeman or on-site Campground host.
14. Discuss/Act: : Town of Iron River 2025 Budget review and approval by board of supervisors
following approval by town electors at the Nov. 26, 2024 Town Budget meeting.

15. Discuss/Act: Review of proposal(s) for purchase of an Audio Assist system for Iron River
Community Center to aid those who have difficulty hearing (ADA compliant).
16. 16. Discuss/Act: Iron River Area Foundation Inaugural Winter Fest scheduled Saturday Feb.
1, 2024. Request for support and financial help from town of $750.00 for movie rental,
Smores purchase and other items as appropriate (advertising, promotion)
17.Discuss/Act: Review and Approval of Loan(s) to be taken out with Security State Bank for
Fire Tender/Pumper and Ambulance purchases.
18.NOTICE: Town of Iron River Winter Parking regulations are in effect as of Dec. 1, 2024
19.Town Chairman Comment
20. Discuss/Act: Enter Closed Session of Town Board of Supervisors in accordance with Wis.
Stat. § 19.85 (1)(c), for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation
and/or performance evaluation of town employees.
21. Following the adjournment of the Closed Session the Board of Supervisors will resume the
Open Town board of supervisor meeting for the purpose of Adjournment of Open board
meeting.
