Town Clerk certification that Iron River Board of Supervisors Meeting date
and agenda were advertised in the community in accordance with
Wisconsin State requirements.
2. Approve the Agenda
3. Approve the Minutes of the November 10, 2022 Regular Town Board Meeting
4. Approve the Financial Report
5. Citizens Comments
6. Discuss/Act on recommended approval for Shane Sipsas at 9505 Buskey Bay
Drive for a short term rental
7. Discuss/Act on approving the 2023 Budget
8. Discuss/Act on Police Chief hiring process
9. Discuss/Act on Iron River website update, Community Center registration
process and brochure
10. Discuss/Act on Moon Lake Park Campground map in process of being digitized
and will be completed by end of December
11. Discuss/Act on tabled item North Shore Drive, right of way , per Bayfield
County
12. Discuss/Act on Bayfield County Housing and Heating Assistance reminder
13. Discuss/Act on Iron River website plan to use 3 rd party for Moon Lake Park
campground site registration and payment (Joyce Ciembronowicz)
14. Discuss/Act on Recycling Center employment opportunity for worker and
potential lead. Pay is $14.00/hour for lead worker

15. Discuss/Act on Youth Center opening for a person to manage the center on
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, (4-6) starting the first of January. Pay will be
$14.00/ hour
16. Discuss/Act Bayfield County short term rental proposed county ordinance,
consider Iron River ordnance for approval at January Meeting
17. Discuss/Act Bayfield County will be providing $20,000.00 to Iron River EMS for
the purpose of recruitment, retention and personnel development. The
money will be put into the department budget, plans developed and executed
to use these funds
18. Discuss/Act Library Board appointments to vacancies
