Special Town Board Meeting

1. Chairman Rick Forsythe opened the meeting at 11:00 A .M. Present were Supervisors Rich Nemitz, John Rautio, Steve Probst, Clerk/Treasurer Helen G Hyde Cassie Fleming was not present
2. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by Steve probst to approve the Agenda. Motion carried.
3. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by Steve Probst, John Rautio abstained, to take money from the Police Wage line and move to Highway equipment line in the 2025 Budget, $73,000.00. Motion Carried. A motion by Rich Nemitz, seconded by Steve Probst, John Rautio abstained, to purchase the Kubota presented by Lulich Implement for not more than $73,000.00, with the trade in for the Blue Tractor (sweeper) Motion carried.
4. A motion by John Rautio, seconded by Rich Nemitz to recommend approval to Kyle & Jordan Nelson for a special use application to construct and operate a licensed family childcare center in a Residential -1 zoning district on Tax id -39273. Motion carried.
5. A motion by Steve Probst, seconded by John Rautio to adjourn at 11:15 A.M. Motion carried.
